Carl Casper Phone Booth

I bought this in 1984 from a hobby shop, dealing in rare collectibles custom car show kits.I knew then, this was very valuable.Later on,I found out,Mpc destroyed the mold in the 1970s to make the Mummy Machine. Which means this is a valuable model.Collectors, are looking for this valuable model, since it is hard to find one unbuilt.
I keep my Rare Mpc Carl Casper in boxes,in a dry area, with other models. This my prized model, and I baby it.

Munster Koach 2 Garage Custom Posters

Munster Koach 2 Restored
   This is the Munster Koach
2 after it returned home in
Rancho Cordova, what  was
called Sacramento, CA. By
Auto Restorers which is
actually in Antique Ford.
It was same place #2 car
Stunt Monkeemobile that
was altered restored in
2006. George Barris had
#1 Batmobile restored
but no bat logos on Radir
One Rib mags.Why? He
gave the rights back to
Greenway Productions.
He reasoned why should
I have bat logos and Radir
Mags with bat knock offs
if I'm not getting paid for
the rights in the past.
It was 2010 the the car
The Batmobile was to be
restored. Three years it
went for auction. It did
get the Radir mags but,
the Bat knock offs were
to thin. Only when he
auctioned off  were
they full restored. It
was so he could get
the most money. A
custom car, loses
money. However
a classic car kept
fully stock does
better if a muscle
car in demand.
   This Munster
Koach 2 was
restored in 2011.
The same year
these pictures
were taken
I started.to
blog with
Don Garlot's
first. Look
for his story.

King Of Drag Racing Don Garlits Dragster Museum

King Of Drag Racing Donna Garlits
                    Dragster Museum
Don Garlits  is the King of Drag Racing.
He was famous in coming up with dragsters
that were different then others. My favorite
dragster he ever built was "Swamp Rat-I".
That beautiful blue dragster with flames,a
Hemi which only had about 10,000 miles,
came out of a wrecking yard.Don first,was
looking for a Caddy Mill,to put in his cool
dragster,but found the Hemi instead.This
Hemi in "Swamp Rat I' had six carburetors,
then they made like a open air box cover,
with both right and left sides exposed. This
cover painted the same color of the car.It
had long chrome headers much like cool
Bobby Barr Headers.This car completely
restored,is actually "Swamp Rat-IB" was
blown with with a different paint job.His
cars were some of quickest cars for that
time period. His "Swamp Rat" amt  car,
which did over 250 miles per hour .
Followed up with other dragsters.
Don Garlits did have his crashes too,in
1970 was a serious dragster accident.
It was in Don Garlits hospital room he
designed the front engine dragster.

Blowers would explode at times, sending
that near you. So by having the dragster
cockpit in front of you, and the engine in
back, if the blower blew off, it would be
behind you. Also, scatter shields for
transmissions were designed, in case a
transmission exploded, it would not kill
you, or harm you.
Don Garlits "Swamp Rat XXX" his
copper snake nosed stream liner, which
had a bubble top, and Moon Discs, that
made headlines of about 300 miles per
hour: in 1986. This car is not in Don's"
Museum.
Don Has a Dragster Museum, which
he built later in Florida. It has Don's
most prized winning dragsters, but others,
including Tommy Ivo's Two Engine Nail
Head Buick Dragster, that Tommy Ivo
restored completely himself.

I personally emailed Don Garlits to linked
his website, with mine. He said yes. I also
asked about the amt sponsored "Piranha"
that Don Garlits bought from this cool
designer: Gene Winfield if it has been
restored? And the answer, was yes. He
sent me two pictures. Please note, the
wheels are weathered originals.
   New To Don Garlits Dragster
Museum, totally restored was the
coolest dragster ever. Yellow Fang,
Built buy the legend Big Daddy Roth.

   Roth's Yellow Fang Shark Fin
Dragster Is Restored.
The car was repainted in gold in
England. Then, a top fuel driver who,
then changed it; used it until he died.
Don Garlits left it unchanged.
Since Big Daddy Ed Roth passed
away, feeling it was enough time; the
Yellow Fang was restored back to it's
 former glory.
