Darryl Starbird Bubble Top King And More,is a master craftsman, when it comes to building custom cars.He is the Bubble Top King making both single bubbletops, but double bubble top custom cars too.He taught his son the craft as well.At one time he owned the two major car shows:The Grand National, and the Sacramento Autorama.The car is the Predicta in the original color.
Scale Auto Magazine was origaly published by Highlands Publishing,called:Sacle Auto Enthusiast"It was founded in 1979 when the model companies were flundering.The main reason why the magazine was made is people wanted the old kis,and also buiding this famous old models.It was before ebay time.you could go to the back of the magazine write the person or company,send your money order and bang you had a rear model.Later Highlands sold the company to the new publishing company.they changed it to Sacle Auto then Scale Auto Magazine.
