Abe's Book Shop Business Practice Allows Sellers To Ask Buyers For Extra Shipping

Dear Abe's Book Shop Customer Support,

I think; it's unfair; you allow, sellers; to go after; buyers; and ask; the buyer; for more shipping; or they will cancel the order.

There are two legal entities; that go after people who cheat the public; when dealing with weights and measures. One is The Federal Trade Commission; in Washington Dc; who watch for pattern; over a period; of time; then take action. In 2014, Sketchers was sued for $40,000,000.00; by The FTC; for claiming their Sketchers Toners; would tone your feet. It was a lie. Instead; all the woman; suffered; from broken bones. Sketcher; changer their shoe after learning a very painful; hurting money lesson.

In each county, of the state; their is the Bureau of States and measures; that regulates; customers; aren't being cheat by weights and measures; of products; they buy.

I bought a very heavy book; with 740 pages; which was about 1 1/2"; to 2" thick. The shipping; was $23.75.

The author, had to accurately; weight the book; before the publishing company; would print it.

Now, if an honest author; has to legally; weight the book; mention; in order; for the publishing company would print it; why aren't you holding the sellers; to this same rule? After all; they had enough time; before uploading their book; and description; on the book; and find out; the general cost of shipping; while fine tuning it; after, they have the buyers address, city; state and zip code.

No seller should; ever ask a buyer; for more shipping; if they live in The United States. A seller, should, work for their money; by doing their homework; by checking; USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, or other courier.

We come to buy the books; we need, in our libraries; not be harassed by sellers; who, don't do their homework; and then, go back to the buyer; asking for money; in shipping fees.

Any seller, who can't their fingers; to check shipping fees; of buyers; on their; computers; smartphones; tablets' lab tops; or other devices; to check, for accurate, shipping fees; is irresponsible; and should; be barred both on Abe's Book Store; and Amazon; from selling; for life. We buyers; can take are business elsewhere; and tell others; about the shady dealings with a seller; so they also; don't get burned.

I also know; sellers; get a 5% commission; on selling these books; and some the prices are quite high.

If a seller; ever tries; to ask me for more; shipping; after I paid for my books; I will report them; their ID number;  city; states and zip code; and book store; both to the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC; and the Bureau of States and Measures. I will not have anyone defraud me; so I suggest; you remove; allow seller; to ask; buyers for more shipping.

I'm very surprised; you allow, sellers, to do this this freely. After all; it's the sellers responsibility; to accurately; check the shipping; with the shipping details; of the buyers; before, the buyer, hits, the paid button; to complete the sale. We buyers can take our business elsewhere; but warn others; about these; sellers; so they aren't defrauded. There are sellers, that cheat buyers; by not paying; a little more; from other sellers; for the same item; in shipping, but they shipping gouge them. Like I said before, if that ever happens to me; Federal agencies; will contacted; and claims; will be made against; all involved. I recommend you remove it; as your credibility is at stake.

There many fine drawings,to teach you properly to draw.
          A man drew a 1955 Chevy,before he had this
  E-book.It looked fairly well drawn.However,to a professional
there were a few problems with this drawing. Now this man felt his
that  his 1955 Chevy was not very drawn very well, and also
a newer Mustang in black and white.Towards to bottom is
the blue Mustang is after,he applied, suggestions in this book.
Now you can see how,his drawing, was more realistic, and even
the detail  made it stand out,in the picture.
This gifted automotive artist, is:Tim Rugendyke who is also the author.
He designed cars for Ford,General Motors, and countless transportation
projects in America,Europe,Asia, and Australia. He at  lectured at Australia
leading designing school,to students to design like pros.He has won awards,
and has been doing this for fifteen years.
The Author Tim Rugendyke and Co Author Andy Cheung have
put together this Ebook"How To Draw Cars Fast And Easy,to help
everyone who has a desire to draw cars.If you or willing to make mistakes,
and not give up,then you can draw cars.
        I am the author of this blog,Phillip Hamby,promoting Tim's Ebook.I think
you should know about me.I been drawing cars, since I was six, mistakes are
part of learning.I drawn dragsters,Model Ts, The Munster Koach, Dragula,
Fireball  500, The Monkee Mobile,1955 Nomad,1932 Ford and more.I made
many mistakes, but I learned from them.I will take model kits, and draw these
famous custom cars, just by drawing, from model kits.I would make rough
drafts of famous cars,in movies and television.I made bubble top Monkee
  Mobiles,different Batmobiles,Black Beauties,and more.In 1991 I designed
  Custom Power's business card,with a 1923 Model T with a Irishman.I received
George Barris and Scagnetti Cars of The Stars, for payment. In that book,I
learned all George Barris secrets.I also drew the cars out of that book.I bought
  Famous Custom Cars,so I had more customs to draw.In October2005 I spent
eight hours, and a dream car, that was thought up by a beautiful  twenty years old
woman, who has a brown haired Italian Latino named Danelle Donopoly.who I
had a crush on.Her idea was a Lamborgini  Monster Truck.I did not have
pictures,to draw this dream rod.So I bought a Hot Wheels diecast monster
truck for $10.00,and a $1,00 Lamborgini Countach 1/78 Hot Wheel.
I bought poster board at Staples, and any supplies.I already had my pencils,
drafting scale T sguare, and,I went to work. After I was done,I had the only poster
size blown stretch Lamborgini Monster Truck. The front window section had to be
stretched,to fit over the Monster Truck frame. Was it hard yes,but I had The desire
to do it.I still have this poster, today.
Many famous custom cars, came about by accident,by a different sketch,a real
a real accident, and they had to turn a convertible into a bubble top, adding new
front and rear designs,on trucks and cars, including grills and bumpers that would fit
easy.Which means, sketches would have to be made to determine which
modifications, would be made to the body,to make a eye pleasing custom car or
truck, van or wagon. This all happened because they were not afraid to draw.
The Ala Kart, was a creation designed on a napkin. It consisted of a back of a
Model T Bucket grafted on to a 1929 Model A truck body.this had custom fenders,
custom Indy nose, with canted dual headlights,a oval shaped holed grill to put the
gold plastic Ts in place. It was equipt with a fuel injected Hemi, air bags on all four
corners. There was custom buckets seats with black and silver piping. The pearl
white upholstery, kept its same them on the top.The Swedish Pearl White,Purple,
and Gold, made this truck The Most Beautiful Roadster Award in 1958,1959.
If George Barris did not draw this truck, then he would lost these awards.
     People like Dean Jefffries,Gene Winfield,Darryl Starbird,Chip Foose
designed their own cars. How they pictured in their mind, drew it on paper,
and built it.You use this same rule.Even The Monkee Mobile, was drawn out,
before the right sketch, was realized. The drawing is Pontiac's idea of what
The Monkeemobile should have looked like.Instead,Dean Jeffries, took two
1966 Pontiac GTO's,
and made a dummy
blown three injector,
gasser looking engine,
with megaphone
dummy pipes,split
windshield,and long
touring top,while
keeping  the stock
wheelbase.

Take foe example,The Beatnic Bandit ,the original had a bubble top,but it was cut open,to be like a curved door.It was too hard,so he was taught by Darryl Starbird to build bubble tops.
The bubble top odd custom car called the Orbitron
Ed Newt,drew this wild custom car,that made Roth's version,poor in comparison,but Roth's version,went the slingshot dragster styling,while Ed Newt,was went full custom,but custom with wide wheels,and a curvy,
was too hard for Roth  to make. Roth resented ever having Ed Newt drawing the Orbitron, because it was drawn first.Everyone expected,Ed Roth,to built the car like Ed Newt's design. They question Ed Roth's  artistic talents.Instead, Ed chose a slingback dragster style with a working bubble top,a Chevy 265 CID
engine in the middle with little pontoon wings,a hood scoop, which had  three lights in cylinder front.
It had a TV  inside the car.It was considered by Hot Rod Magazine,Car Craft, and Rod and Custom,a after thought.Ed began hating this car,and did not care what happened to it,because he was treated so cruelly.Rod Custom, did share the restored Orbitron custom in their magazine. The car was fully restored, and even painted the Candy Blue,a few ago the car just the way Ed"Big Daddy" Roth  built it.It is my favorite,Ed Roth custom car.
If Ed "Big Daddy" Roth did not give up,neither should you.In fact  Ed Roth went on to build the Maga Cycle Truck, that has motorcycle on the side.the Druid Princess, which was never used in Addams Family. He also made Road Agent,a VW powered bubble now in pale pink. Then he also created the Wishbone, but Revell refused,to build the model kit. Then Ed Roth went back to Revell in the early eighties to bring back, the Outlaw,Beatnic Bandit,Mysterion, and Road Agent Model Kits. Then his 1993 he came out with a 90's Beatnic Bandit II with three headlights on each side,a Corvette electronic fuel injected engine,on board computer, super wide five spoke mags, and wide tires, and painted  frame. The 1970's he made variety of trikes, and even in the 1990's he built his custom 1934 Ford flame trike.it was so cool.

How To Draw Cars Fast And Easy Like A Pro
This is the professional version of the artist, who drew the black and white version side view, and the black and white Mustang,1955 Chevy. This blue Mustang,is what he was able to do after he bought this quick selling E-book.Do not give up.
This is Dean Jeffries original drawing of The Monkeemobile below, drawn on black paper, white chalk.
If you notice,it has hubcaps, which showed up in Corgy, and other, die cast Monkeemobiles. You also notice the round lights, that were replaced with the long wide ones. The wheel base was stock, just like factory Pontiac GTO. The idea of drawing on chalk was used for many years, and is still being used today.

George Barris had many custom cars designed on a blackboard, drawn with chalk, like Dean Jeffries above.Others where drawn with cheap supplies, with colored pencils, and either newsprint,or butcher paper.
Which ones? The Fireball 500 Thunder Charger, and the pro-type for the Beverly Hillbillies Hot Rod Truck 1926 Oldmobile.The colored pencil drawing, has it in red with the same engine, headers, and injector tubes, but the seats are white bench with head rests, and there are small yellow pencil lightning bolts on the doors.Another fact,Sonny and Cher's Mustangs were drawn with a very light pencil, while high lighted in red,in areas of the drawing, like a model kit.You have to believe me because I have the pictures, from last year, when,George sold off his drawings,at a auction. My twitter picture is pencil drawing of the Thunder Charger in white blue and red,the way it was in the movie,Thunder 500. George had the car repainted after the movie in purple black diagonal lines, with red meeting the front. Now if George Barris can work with cheap things to have wild customs created, can't you learn to draw, buying Tim's  E-book How To Draw Cars Fast And Easy?
